NCNM Online Intellectual Property
and Copyright Statement
It is NCNM's policy that students retain copyright
ownership for their contributions to online and/or hybrid courses
that use Moodle or any other online course vehicle as a tool for
classroom participation. This includes but is not limited to:
essays, term papers, discussions, reports and notes. Student
contributed materials are for the students’ personal learning
purposes and professional reference, only, and cannot be
redistributed in any format.
NCNM reserves the right to archive
technology mediated course materials (Moodle courses, for
example) and preserve the contributions of NCNM students. To this
end, all Moodle course materials shall be archived at the end of
the school term and shall not be redistributed in any format.
It is expected that
students will agree to the practice of archiving their
contributions to Moodle courses when they have signed and agreed
to the Honor Code.
