When you log in for the first time, you'll be redirected to a page to change your password to one you can more easily remember.
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THIS WELCOMING EMAIL, there are two possibilities:
(1)your email SPAM filter may be trashing mail from the @ncnm.edu domain; check your email's trash for your welcome message, and reconfigure your SPAM filter to permit all mail from the @ncnm.edu domain through.
(2)the email address that Student Services has on file for you may not be current; check with them on this.
